Roedd yr erthygl yn tynnu sylw at y ffaith bod llawer o swyddi yn y byd cadwraeth, ar y pryd, yn cynnig cyflog gwael mewn perthynas \u00e2\u2019r sgiliau a\u2019r profiad oedd yn ddisgwyliedig gan yr ymgeiswyr. Tynnodd sylw hefyd at natur beryglus yr amodau cyflogaeth, yn enwedig i unigolion yn chwilio am waith ar ddechrau eu gyrfa, gyda llawer o gontractau\u2019n rhai tymor penodol a \/ neu dymhorol &#8211; gan arwain at ganlyniadau gwael i unigolion ar draws hyfforddiant, cynnydd, a chyfleoedd personol fel sicrhau morgais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r broblem hon yn rhan o ymgyrch tymor hwy ar gyfer Wild Cymru, sy\u2019n credu ym mhwysigrwydd swyddi diogel a th\u00e2l cystadleuol os yw ein sector cadwraeth ni am lwyddo, a hefyd ei r\u00f4l o ran ein galluogi ni i ymgysylltu \u00e2\u2019r cynulleidfaoedd amrywiol sydd arnom eu hangen er mwyn creu newid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ydi pethau wedi symud ymlaen ers i&#8217;r erthygl honno gael ei hysgrifennu? Beth yw\u2019r problemau presennol sy\u2019n wynebu\u2019r rhai sy\u2019n chwilio am waith ym maes cadwraeth?
